Payment Free and Clear of Taxes. Any and all payments by any Guarantor Party under this Article 7 shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement as though such payments were made by the Borrower, including the provisions of Section 2.08 (and such Guarantor Party shall make such payments of Taxes or Other Taxes to the extent described in Section 2.08 as if references therein to the Borrower were references to such Guarantor Party).
