PAYMENT FROM ACCOUNTS MAINTAINED BORROWER. In the event that any payment of principal, interest, Commitment Fee, Letter of Credit Fee, other Fee or expense or any other amount due the Bank under any of the Loan Documents is not paid when due, the Bank is hereby authorized to effect such payment by debiting any deposit account of the Borrower now or in the future maintained with the Bank by the Borrower. This right of debiting accounts of the Borrower is in addition to any right of setoff accorded the Bank hereunder or by operation of law.
