Payment from Distribution Clause Samples

Payment from Distribution. The Partnership shall be entitled to withhold and deduct from any distribution payable to a Limited Partner, the amount owing by such Limited Partner to the Partnership in respect of any unpaid portion of any amounts owing in respect of a Call for Contributions pursuant to Sections 7.5 or 7.6, as well as the interest accrued thereon and all costs incurred by the Partnership to recover such overdue amounts.
