Common use of Payment from Proceeds of Owner Trust Estate Only Clause in Contracts

Payment from Proceeds of Owner Trust Estate Only. Any and all amounts payable by the Owner Trustee with respect to the Owner Trust Estate and under this Trust Agreement shall be payable only from the Owner Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee shall not be personally liable to any Person for any amounts payable under this Trust Agreement or the Basic Documents or, except as expressly provided in this Trust Agreement or the Basic Documents, for any liability under this Trust Agreement and the Basic Documents.
