PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE. As part of our payment gateway service we will provide the Merchant with services such as the following: (a) Enabling of Transactions to be routed to one or several acquiring payment networks according to our routing and cascading methodology; (b) Technical reception of the information regarding the status of Transactions provided by the acquirer; (c) Information reporting including information related to Transactions, Merchant Service Fees, Chargebacks, Refunds, disputes, etc.; (d) Tokenisation Service; (e) Dispute resolution interface, where applicable; (f) Recurring billing and one-off billing management; (g) Payout instruction interface; (h) Technically enabling an access to the Merchant via The Hub to the statements relating to the Payouts, Merchant Service Fees, and Deductions levied; (i) Fraud and risk management via The Hub, as per clause 2.7 of the Agreement; and/or (j) Technical integration support.

PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE. The Payment Gateway Service facilitates the routing of, in each case, credit card transactions ([****, **********, ********, and ******** *******]) and debit card transactions, including Customer card transactions for Connected Subscribers as well as those originating from non-CSG systems, to Customer’s designated third party processors.
PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE. 7.1 This Clause 7 shall apply where the Merchant receives the Payment Gateway Service. 7.2 The Payment Gateway Service enables the Merchant to connect to Paysafe's secure network in order for data to be collected by Paysafe so that a Transaction or Alternative Payment Scheme Transaction can be processed. 7.3 In respect of each Alternative Payment Scheme Transaction processed in connection with the Payment Gateway Service, the relevant Transaction Data is submitted by Paysafe on the Merchant's behalf to an Alternative Payment Scheme Facilitator through whom the transaction is processed. 7.4 The Merchant must pay the Charges and Fees (plus VAT, where applicable) relating to the Payment Gateway Service in accordance with these Merchant Terms. 7.5 If the Merchant uses any Third Party in connection with receiving the Payment Gateway Service, the Merchant agrees that: (a) if the Third Party delivers Transaction Data to Paysafe, the Third Party will be the Merchant’s agent in the delivery of that Transaction Data to Paysafe; and (b) it assumes full responsibility and liability for any failure of that Third Party to comply with Applicable Law, the Card Scheme Rules and the Agreement. 7.6 Paysafe shall not be responsible for any Losses incurred by the Merchant as a result of any error by a Third Party.
