Payment If Date Fixed for Redemption or Repurchase Is Not a Business Day. If any date fixed for redemption or repayment of any Notes pursuant to this Article Five is not a Business Day, the Company will make the required payment on the following Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date fixed for redemption or repayment and, unless the Company defaults on the payment, no interest shall accrue for the period after such date.
