Payment in Kind. Subject to any generally applicable limitation imposed by the Trustees, any payment on redemption, purchase or repurchase by the Trust of Shares may, if authorized by the Trustees, be made wholly or partly in kind, instead of in cash. Such payment in kind shall be made by distributing securities or other property, constituting, in the opinion of the Trustees, a fair representation of the various types of securities and other property then held by the series of Shares being redeemed, purchased or repurchased (but not necessarily involving a portion of each of the series' holdings) and taken at their value used in determining the net asset value of the Shares in respect of which payment is made.
