Common use of Payment in Specie Clause in Contracts

Payment in Specie. Upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors approved by the Company’s General Meeting, a dividend may be paid, wholly or partly, by the distribution of specific assets of the Company or by distribution of paid up shares, debentures or debenture stock of the Company or of any other companies, or in any one or more of such ways.
