Payment in United States Currency. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars and shall be made on the dates set forth herein. The Net Sales amount calculated hereunder for sales in countries other than the United States shall be converted into equivalent United States Dollars in accordance with the methods used for internal financial reporting purposes within ROCHE.
