Common use of Payment in U.S. Funds Clause in Contracts

Payment in U.S. Funds. Unless this Note is converted into Equity Securities in accordance with Section 4 hereof, payments of both principal and interest on this Note are to be made in lawful money of the United States payable by check payable to the Lender and mailed to the address of the Lender as set forth in the first paragraph of this Note or such other place as the holder hereof shall designate to the Borrower in writing.
