Payment Instruction to Obligors. The Seller will (or will cause the Servicer to) (i) instruct all Obligors to submit all payments on the Pool Receivables either (A) to one of the Lockboxes maintained at the Lockbox Banks for deposit in a Lockbox Account or (B) directly to one of the Lockbox Accounts and (ii) instruct all Persons receiving Home Sale Proceeds to deposit such Home Sale Proceeds in one of the Lockboxes or Lockbox Accounts within two Business Days after such receipt, except to the extent a longer escrow period is required under applicable law, in which case such Home Sale Proceeds will be deposited into one of the Lockboxes or Lockbox Accounts within one Business Day after the expiration of such period.
