Payment; Liens. Tenant shall promptly pay any and all costs and expenses in connection with or arising out of the performance of Suite 750 Improvements and shall furnish to Landlord evidence of such payment upon request. In the event any lien is filed against the Building or any portion thereof or against Tenant’s leasehold interest therein, the provisions of Article 20 of the Lease shall apply.
