Common use of Payment Method; Currency Clause in Contracts

Payment Method; Currency. All payments due under this Agreement to GCLC shall be made by bank wire transfer in immediately available funds to an account designated by GCLC. All payments hereunder shall be made in Dollars. When conversion of payments from any currency other than Dollars is required, such conversion shall be at an exchange rate equal to the weighted average of the rates of exchange for the currency of the country from which such payments are payable as published by The Wall Street Journal, Western U.S. Edition, during the calendar quarter in which the applicable sales were made.
