Common use of Payment Methodology Clause in Contracts

Payment Methodology. (A) On or before the 10th day of each month, the Department shall pay to the Contractor the premiums due for each category shown for Enrollees in the Dental Plan for that month as determined by the Department from the Enrollment and reinstatement transmissions.
