Payment Methodology. (A) On or before the 10th day of each month, the Department shall pay to the Contractor the premiums due for each category shown for Enrollees in the Dental Plan for that month as determined by the Department from the Enrollment and reinstatement transmissions. (B) The premium amounts will be those rates agreed upon by the Contractor and the Department and are found in Attachment D. (C) The Contractor shall receive premium payments for Enrollees beginning the earlier of: (1) the month of the Enrollee’s application was submitted; or (2) the month in which the Four Day Grace period is approved.
