PAYMENT MODIFICATIONS. Lender may approve one deferral of payment for up to three consecutive monthly payments without obtaining prior permission from Registered Holder. Lender shall immediately notify FTA and SBA of any deferral. Any other payment modification must receive prior approval by Registered Holder. Requests for payment modification must be forwarded to FTA which will forward the proposed modification to Registered Holder or provide the name of such Registered Holder to Lender for direct negotiations at Registered ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s discretion. (See Paragraph 2 of the Terms and Conditions.)
PAYMENT MODIFICATIONS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 7.6, any payments for the period beyond January 1, 2012 must be mutually agreed to by the parties in writing.
PAYMENT MODIFICATIONS. 7.1. Any changes to Implementer total contract budget, incentive budget, compensation rates or energy savings goals shall only be effective upon full execution of an Addendum. 7.2. Administrator reserves the right to reduce, suspend or terminate all payments to Implementer if the deliverables identified in this contract, the Focus on Energy Policy Manual, or the Operational Procedures Guide are not satisfactorily achieved. 7.3. Even if Implementer is achieving energy savings goals, budget forecasts and all KPIs, Administrator may re-allocate funds to achieve residential and/or business portfolio-level energy savings goals and objectives, to include the per portfolio percent ownership threshold, as identified in the Policy Manual. If Administrator reduces funding or terminates the Agreement, Implementer shall provide Administrator with a status report of all Work that is underway by task, consistent with the tasks set forth in this Agreement. At Administrator’s discretion, Implementer may proceed with Projects that are underway or authorize funding for Implementer to complete Projects.
PAYMENT MODIFICATIONS. By this Letter, the Parties hereby amend and modify the payment obligations of the Note, such that the first Payment due under the Note shall be on the first (1st) day of the calendar month immediately following the Determination Date (being the “First Payment Date”) and the Maturity Date shall be amended to mean the one (1) year anniversary of the First Payment Date. For sake of clarity, Interest shall only start accruing on the Determination Date.
