Payment Obligations for Unpaid Consideration to Licensor. Upon termination of this Agreement, nothing shall be construed to release Licensee from its obligations to pay Licensor any and all royalties or other accrued but unpaid considerations due Licensor, incurred prior to the date of such termination or expiration.
