Payment Obligations Unaffected. The application of any awards or proceeds of a Condemnation Action to the Indebtedness shall not extend or postpone the due date or the full payment of any Monthly Debt Service Payment, Monthly Replacement Reserve Deposit, any other installments referred to in this Loan Agreement or in any other Loan Document, or the Maturity Date.
