Common use of Payment of a Multiple Clause in Contracts

Payment of a Multiple. Use Engagement Fee entitles the BBC, without further payment, to use or to permit the use of such Audio-Visual Content containing the Performance(s) for all purposes in all media throughout the world in perpetuity; and
