Common use of Payment of Accrued Compensation and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Payment of Accrued Compensation and Benefits. In all events, Executive shall, upon termination of employment with the Company, be paid an amount equal to Executive's unpaid Base Salary, accrued vacation pay and any other accrued but unpaid compensation in cash or cash equivalents within ten (10) days of the termination except where the terms of the compensation arrangement or plan govern instead of this Agreement and specifically provide for later payment.
