Common use of Payment of Additional Moneys in Prepayment of Loan Clause in Contracts

Payment of Additional Moneys in Prepayment of Loan. In addition to any other moneys required or permitted to be paid pursuant to this Lease Agreement, the Company may, subject to the terms of any Note and any Mortgage, pay moneys to any Lender to be used for the prepayment of any Loan at such time or times and on such terms and conditions as is provided in such Note and such Mortgage.
