Payment of Additional Professional Advisory Services Payment. 2.1 Subject to clauses 3 and 4, Te Whatu Ora will pay the Provider an Additional Professional Advisory Services Payment each Quarter, in three equal monthly instalments. 2.2 Te Whatu Ora will pay each instalment on the 14th day of each month.
