Payment of Additional Project Costs by Borrower. In the event that moneys in the Project Fund are not sufficient to pay Project Costs in full, the Borrower shall nonetheless complete the Project, or cause the Project to be completed, and shall pay that portion of the Project Costs as may be in excess of the moneys available therefor in the Project Fund and shall not be entitled to any reimbursement therefor from the Authority or from the Trustee or from the holders of any of the Bonds, nor shall it be entitled to any diminution of the amounts payable under the Financing Documents.
