Common use of Payment of Additional Rent Clause in Contracts

Payment of Additional Rent. In addition to the Base Rent payable pursuant to Section 3.1 above, from and after the expiration of the Base Year, for each calendar year of the Term, Subtenant, as Additional Rent, shall pay Subtenant’s Percentage Share of the amount by which Operating Costs payable by Sublandlord for the then current calendar year exceed Base Operating Costs. Sublandlord shall give Subtenant written notice of Sublandlord’s estimate of the amount of Additional Rent per month payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b) for each calendar year after the Base Year promptly following the Sublandlord’s receipt of Landlord’s estimate of the Operating Costs payable under the Master Lease. Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c) below.

Payment of Additional Rent. In addition to the Base Rent payable pursuant to Section 3.1 above, from and after the expiration of the Base Year, for each calendar year of the TermTerm following the expiration of the Base Year, Subtenant, as Additional Rent, shall pay Subtenant’s Percentage Share of the amount by which Operating Costs payable by Sublandlord for the then current calendar year exceed Base Operating Costs. Sublandlord shall give Subtenant written notice of Sublandlord’s estimate of the amount of Additional Rent per month payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b) for each calendar year after the Base Year promptly following the Sublandlord’s receipt of Landlord’s estimate of the Operating Costs payable under the Master Lease. Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c) below.

Payment of Additional Rent. In addition to the Base Rent payable pursuant to Section 3.1 4.1 above, from and after the expiration of the Base YearRent Abatement Period, for each calendar year of the Term, subject to Section 4.1(b)(ii), Subtenant, as Additional Rent, shall pay Subtenant’s 's Percentage Share of the amount by which Operating Costs payable by Sublandlord for the then current calendar year exceed Base Operating Costsyear. Sublandlord shall give Subtenant written notice of Sublandlord’s 's estimate of the amount of Additional Rent per month payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b4.2(b) for each calendar year after the Base Year promptly following the Sublandlord’s 's receipt of Landlord’s 's estimate of the Operating Costs payable under the Master Lease. Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b4.2(b) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c4.2(c) below.

Payment of Additional Rent. In addition to the Base Rent payable pursuant to Section 3.1 abovehereunder, from and after the expiration of the Base Year, for each calendar year of the Sublease Term, SubtenantSubtenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, shall pay Subtenant’s Percentage Share of the amount by which Operating Costs payable by Sublandlord for the then current calendar year exceed Base Operating Costs. Sublandlord shall give provide Subtenant with written notice of Sublandlord’s estimate of the amount of Additional Rent per month payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b3(b)(ii) for each calendar year after the Base Year promptly following the Sublandlord’s receipt of Landlord’s estimate of the Operating Costs payable under the Master Lease. Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b3(b)(ii) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c3(b)(iii) below.

Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c) below.

In addition to the Base Rent payable pursuant to Section 3.1 3(a) above, from and after the expiration Rent Commencement Date for each portion of the Base Year, Subleased Premises and thereafter for each calendar year of the Term, SubtenantSubtenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, shall pay the applicable Subtenant’s Percentage Share of the amount by which Operating Costs payable by Sublandlord for the then current calendar year exceed Base Operating Costsor applicable portion thereof. Sublandlord shall give provide Subtenant with written notice of Sublandlord’s estimate of the amount of Additional Rent per month payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b3(b)(ii) for each calendar year after the Base Year promptly following the Sublandlord’s receipt of Landlord’s estimate of the Operating Costs payable under the Master Lease. Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c) set forth below.

Payment of Additional Rent. Sublandlord shall give provide Subtenant with written notice of Sublandlord’s reasonable and good faith estimate of the amount of Additional Rent per month payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b3(b)(ii) for each calendar year after the Base Year promptly following the Sublandlord’s receipt of LandlordXxxxxxxx’s estimate of the Operating Costs payable under the Master Lease. Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b3(b)(ii) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c3(b)(iii) below.

Thereafter, the Additional Rent payable pursuant to this Section 3.2(b3(b)(iii) shall be determined and adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(c3(b)(iv) below.
