Common use of Payment of Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Payment of Adjustments. (a) Payment of an adjustment under a Revised Statement is due on the next Final Statement payment date which occurs 10 or more Business Days after the date on which that Revised Statement is made available to the Market Participant. (b) The Operator must apply the adjustment to the net amount stated to be payable to or by the Market Participant in respect of the relevant Final Statement on the payment date, and for the avoidance of doubt clause 18.2 applies to the payment of adjustments.
