Common use of Payment of Amendment Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Amendment Fee. The Borrowers shall have paid in full to the Administrative Agent, for ratable distribution to those Lenders that have signed this Agreement on or prior to October 15, 1997, an amount equal to the Amendment Fee, and any other separately agreed upon fees.

Payment of Amendment Fee.
