Payment of amounts held by the Principal Paying Agent. If the appointment of the Principal Paying Agent is terminated, the Principal Paying Agent must, on the date on which that termination takes effect, pay to the successor Principal Paying Agent any amount held by it for payment of principal or interest in respect of any US$ Note as at that date and must deliver to the successor Principal Paying Agent all records maintained by it and all documents (including any US$ Notes) held by it pursuant to this Agreement.
