Payment of Amounts No Longer Disputed. If it is finally determined pursuant to this Article 10 that HFRM is required to pay any or all of the disputed portion of the Deficiency Payment, HFRM shall promptly pay such amount to HEP Operating, together with interest thereon at the Prime Rate, in immediately available funds.
