Payment of Amounts Owed to Licensor. Licensee agrees to pay to Licensor within fifteen (15) calendar days after the effective date of termination or expiration of the License such royalty and service fees, amounts owed for products purchased by Licensee from Licensor, and all other amounts owed to Licensor which are then unpaid.
