Payment of Award; Performance of Obligations. The party against whom the award is rendered shall pay any monetary award and/or comply with any other order of the arbitrator within five (5) Business Days of the entry of judgment on the award, or take an appeal, to the extent that appeals of binding arbitration are permitted under the AAA procedures.
