Payment of Balance Due at Termination. In the event the Town’s review expenses are greater than the funds held by the Town at the time of its suspension of review, the Applicant agrees to reimburse to the Town, upon demand, such funds as are necessary to retire the balance due at the time of the Town’s termination of the review.
