Common use of Payment of Bid Amount Clause in Contracts

Payment of Bid Amount. The "DEVELOPER" shall pay bid amount in six equated installments to the "OWNERS as per schedule below. The bid amount is to be paid by the selected developer to RHB in 6 equated installments within 3 years from the date of final approval, failing which interest shall be levied as prescribed below :-
