Common use of Payment of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Payment of Bonds. The Issuer shall duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid, but solely from the sources specified in this Indenture, the principal of, redemption premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds in accordance with the terms of the Bonds and this Indenture.

Payment of Bonds. The Issuer shall duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid, but solely from the sources specified in this Indenturepledged and provided herein, the principal of, redemption premiumor Redemption Price, if any, of every Bond and the interest on thereon, at the dates and places and in the manner provided in the Bonds in accordance with according to the terms true intent and meaning thereof; provided, that the Bonds shall be special, limited obligations of the Bonds and this IndentureIssuer as described in Section 2.01(e) hereof.
