Payment of Calls in Advance. 27 (1) The Directors may, if they think fit, receive from any member all or any part of the amount unpaid on a share although no part of that amount has been called up and may authorize the Company to pay interest upon the whole or any part of the moneys so paid in advance until the amount becomes payable, at the 90 day bank xxxx rate as charged by the Company’s principal bankers at the date the advance is made, or such lesser rate as may be agreed between the Directors and the member.
