Payment of Cash Contributions by Members. The Members shall effect their cash contributions to the Company by wire transfer in immediately available funds to such bank account of the Company as shall be specified in a notice by the Company to the Members sent at least one Business Day prior to the date of any Closing (as defined in Section 12 hereof).
