Payment of Certain Amounts upon Exercise of Warrants. In the event ---------------------------------------------------- that the Partnership makes any distributions to its Partners between the Effective Date and the date on which any Holder exercises any Warrants, then, at the time of exercise, the Partnership will pay to the Holder the portion of such distributions which the Holder would have received had the Holder exercised such Warrants as of the Effective Date.
