Payment of Certain Costs and Expenses. Borrower shall pay (without duplication) all reasonable costs and expenses of Holder incurred in connection with the prepayment (including without limitation, any reasonable costs and expenses associated with a release or assignment of the Lien of the related Security Instrument(s) as set forth in Section 2.3.3 of the Loan Agreement and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses).
