Common use of Payment of Certain Costs and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Certain Costs and Expenses. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender within five (5) days after demand therefor all reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) incurred by the Lender in connection with (i) the approval of any lease, (ii) the preparation, negotiation and execution of any non-disturbance agreement requested for any lease, (iii) review and approval of any plans, construction contracts or any other documents relating to construction or development of a Property; and (iv) the assignment of any liens of the Mortgages pursuant to Section 7.08.
