Payment of Certain Expenses by Xxxxxx Mae and the Trustee. Xxxxxx Xxx shall pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder and under the Sale and Servicing Agreement and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor out of proceeds of the Mortgage Loans, except as expressly provided herein or in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
