Common use of Payment of City Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of City Fees. The District and the Developer agree, jointly and severally, to reimburse reasonable and actual costs incurred by the City in connection with the creation of the District, the negotiation and execution of this Agreement, and review of annual budgets and reports required to be submitted by the District to the City in accordance with the Act.
