Payment of Closing Expenses. The Obligors shall have paid at the closing the fees, charges and disbursements of the special counsel to Prudential and the Purchasers as presented by such counsel in a statement on the Effective Date and for which the Obligors are responsible in accordance with paragraph 13B.
