Common use of Payment of Commission Clause in Contracts

Payment of Commission. The Company may exercise the powers of paying commissions conferred or permitted by the Acts. Subject to the provisions of the Acts, any such commission may be satisfied by the payment of cash or by the allotment of fully or partly paid Shares or partly in one way and partly in the other. On any issue of Shares the Company may also pay such brokerage as may be lawful.
