Common use of Payment of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Payment of Commitment. The Owner Participant agrees with the Lessee and only with the Lessee on behalf of the Owner Trustee, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Commitment Letter, to make the amount of its Commitment available for and on account of the Owner Trustee on the Delivery Date specified in the Delivery Notice pursuant to Section 3.01 hereof by wire transfer, initiated by 10:00 a.m. (New York City time on such day) of such amount in immediately available funds, to the Owner Trustee for deposit in its account at State Street Bank and Trust Company, Boston, Massachusetts, ABA Number: 011-000-028, Account Name: FedEx Equity Payments, Account Number: 104000-000, Xxtention: Chrissey Mullen, Re: FedEx Equity Payment Account.
