Common use of Payment of Contingent Interest Clause in Contracts

Payment of Contingent Interest. Contingent Interest for any six-month interest period shall be paid on the applicable interest payment date to the Person in whose name any Security is registered on the corresponding record date. Contingent Interest due under this Article Four shall be treated for all purposes of this Indenture like any other interest accruing on the Securities.
