Common use of Payment of Contingent Interest Clause in Contracts

Payment of Contingent Interest. Contingent Interest for any Interest Period shall be paid on the immediately succeeding Interest Payment Date to the Person in whose name any Note (or its Predecessor Note) is registered on the Note Register at the close of business on the corresponding Regular Record Date. Contingent Interest due under this Article 4 shall be treated for all purposes of this Indenture like any other interest accruing on the Notes.
