PAYMENT OF COSTS AND LEGAL FEES. In the event any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement is resolved in favor of any party, whether by judgment, arbitration or settlement, the party shall be entitled to the payment of all legal fees incurred by the prevailing party in resolving such dispute or controversy.
