Common use of Payment of Costs, Expenses and Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Costs, Expenses and Fees. All costs, expenses, and fees to be paid by Borrower under the Loan Documents on or before the effectiveness of this Agreement, the effectiveness of the Commitment, or the making of Advances shall have been paid in full (or shall be paid in full concurrently with the making of the initial Advance), including without limitation applicable fees set forth herein.
