Common use of Payment of Debt and Incorporation of Covenants, Conditions and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Payment of Debt and Incorporation of Covenants, Conditions and Agreements. Trustor shall pay the Debt at the time and in the manner provided in the Loan Documents. All the covenants, conditions and agreements contained in the Loan Documents are hereby made a part of this Deed of Trust to the same extent and with the same force as if fully set forth herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Trustor (i) agrees to insure, repair, maintain and restore damage to the Trust Property, pay Taxes and Other Charges, and comply with Legal Requirements, in accordance with the Loan Agreement, and (ii) agrees that the Proceeds of Insurance and Awards for Condemnation shall be settled, held and applied in accordance with the Loan Agreement.
