Common use of Payment of Debt Securities Clause in Contracts

Payment of Debt Securities. The Partnership shall pay the principal of, premium (if any) and interest on and any Additional Amounts with respect to the Debt Securities of each series on the dates and in the manner provided in the Debt Securities of such series and in this Indenture. Principal, premium, interest and any Additional Amounts shall be considered paid on the date due if the Paying Agent (other than the Partnership, a Subsidiary Guarantor or a Subsidiary) holds on that date money deposited by the Partnership or a Subsidiary Guarantor designated for and sufficient to pay all principal, premium, interest and any Additional Amounts then due. The Partnership shall pay interest (including post-petition interest in any proceeding under any Bankruptcy Law) on overdue principal and premium (if any), at a rate equal to the then applicable interest rate on the Debt Securities to the extent lawful; and it shall pay interest (including post-petition interest in any proceeding under any Bankruptcy Law) on overdue installments of interest and any Additional Amount (without regard to any applicable grace period) at the same rate to the extent lawful.
