Payment of Deposited Cash. From time to time, when and as any Equipment shall have been accepted by the Trustee or its agent or agents pursuant to Section 3.01, the Trustee shall (subject to the provisions of Sections 3.03 and 3.04) pay, upon Request, to the Owner of the accepted Equipment out of Deposited Cash an amount not exceeding __% of the aggregate Cost of such Trust Equipment, as specified in the Officers' Certificate furnished to the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04(b).
