Payment of Dividends and other Distributions. On the declaration of any dividend or other distribution on the shares of the Fund ("Fund Shares") by the governing Board of the Fund, Fund shall deliver to Custodian instructions with respect thereto. On the date specified in such instructions for the payment of such dividend or other distribution, Custodian will pay out of the monies held for the account of Fund, insofar as the same shall be available for such purposes, and credit to the account of the Dividend Disbursing Agent for Fund, such amount as may be specified in such instructions.
